      <image:caption>Vinyasa yoga practice cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Intelligent sequencing makes these classes fun and dynamic. Most classes feature several elements of traditional yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, twists, backbends, seated poses, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breathing exercise). This moving meditation practice will build strength and aid balance while reducing stress and increasing vitality.</image:caption>

It is especially geared towards all practitioners who are looking to build muscle strength and focuses on a different area -- core, back body, arms, legs -- in each class. You can commit to the whole Series of eight (or nine) classes each month or drop-in for a single classes. Sunrise Yoga is a great way to ensure that you have time for your yoga practice. Just roll out of bed, throw on your leggings (or just sleep in them!), and before your do anything else, log into Zoom and get on your mat.
